Have used recipe for Baked Berry Oatmeal twice now, very tasty and great feedback. I think amount of oats can be increased to make more of a bar consistency which would be nice as a breakfast food, especially if reducing sugar. I used the frozen wild berry mix bag.

Used blueberries and topped with plain yogurt. Could reduce brown sugar to 1/3 or 1/4 cup since blueberries served as natural sweetener.

I have made this recipe several times, for food banks and classes.  It is delicious and very well-received.  There is generally never any left over. It is even good if you don't have berries.
