Drinkable Yogurt

A simple 2-ingredient snack made with yogurt and your favorite fruit juice.

Ingredients

½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
½ cup 100% fruit juice

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Add yogurt and juice to a clean jar or other container with a lid. Close lid and shake.
  3. Serve cold.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

  • Try pineapple juice, orange juice, or apple juice.
  • Try plain, vanilla, strawberry, or your favorite yogurt flavor.

I love how this recipe allows many different options. I have done this with vanilla yogurt & orange juice, and strawberry yogurt & pineapple juice.
